Aboard the Motherboard

Join Denver's InnerVisions Arts Collective for 'ABOARD THE MOTHERBOARD' : an official launch and talk-back centered around their new Urban Arts Fund mural on Park Avenue West between Champa and Curtis near Akente Express.

The event will start at Blair-Caldwell African American Research Library where you will be able to ask questions about the mural's meaning and the process of creation, and partake in light refreshments. Then join the Innervisions New Orleans second line (but Denver-style) in a procession from the library to the mural (about 2.5 blocks) to party at the wall! Wear your most fun attire, grab your instruments, whistles, drums and boom boxes, and bring your families and collectives. Leave your offerings at the wall, and wake up the neighborhood with a celebration solidifying The Motherboard's new-found place and space in the 'hood!! This is for all of us!
