Yoga on the Rocks to debut Aug. 3

Yoga on the Rocks, presented by CorePower Yoga and Denver Arts & Venues, will offer four Saturday morning yoga classes this summer in the beautiful, natural surroundings of Red Rocks Amphitheatre.

Each class begins at 7 a.m. (doors open at 6). There is a $10 fee per person, per class, and can be paid by cash or credit card. No reservations or tickets are required and $1 per admission goes to the Whole Planet Foundation.
Classes are taught by CorePower Yoga instructors Kat Sand, Dylan DiPrima, Lora Lantz and Jessica Kos Birney
“For decades, Red Rocks Park & Amphitheatre has been a destination for outdoor exercise enthusiasts and we love to see people taking advantage of the inspirational setting to challenge and reward themselves,” said Amy Lindsey, who manages Yoga on the Rocks and the HealthONE Red Rocks Fitness Challenge for Denver Arts & Venues. “The fitness challenge has been so successful that we created Yoga on the Rocks this year and we’re really excited to get it started.”
