Description: "Parked Perspectives" is an installation designed to provide participation in a visual perception of recreation. While the first response to the piece is notably visual, by interacting with it one becomes part of the perspective. The sculpture also functions as a gathering spot for relaxation and games. Each part has a different color and posture, reflecting the variety in humanity. The furniture is larger than usual. The largest piece reaching a height of 60 inches. This gives a sense of the extraordinary to the common place. The children's pieces have proportionally more variation in height as do children. For some they will be oversized while for others they will appear miniature. They offer children their own perspective on recreation.
