By sharing African and Afro-Latino musical traditions in the context of community, Denver residents will be able to celebrate their common history and culture, thereby fostering a sense of belonging.
These free community workshops were made possible by funding from Denver Arts & Venues through the EDI Arts & Culture Fund and The Denver African-American Commission, Black Resilience in Colorado (BRIC) Fund.
