THE FILM:

Elite Manhattan drag queens Vida Boheme (Patrick Swayze) and Noxeema Jackson (Wesley Snipes) impress regional judges in competition, securing spots in the Nationals in Los Angeles. When the two meet sad drag novice Chi-Chi Rodriguez (John Leguizamo), the charmed Vida and Noxeema agree to take the hopeless youngster under their joined wing. Soon the three set off on a madcap road trip across America and struggle to make it to Los Angeles in time.
THE PERFORMANCE:
Dazzling entertainment featuring Denver's most amazing Drag Queen performers, hosted by Denver PRIDE Emcee DeMarcio. JUKEBOX DRAG will be an electric explosion of premier drag, with incredible dancers, memorable music and fierce female illusion – geared for all ages.

ABOUT SUNSET CINEMA:
In partnership with Denver Film and Denver Arts & Venues, the outdoor film + entertainment series will now be in Sculpture Park on Tuesday evenings in July and August. Each film will feature opening performances presented by local groups along with food trucks curated by Mile High Festivals.
All events are FREE and suitable for the whole FAMILY. Please register on eventbrite.
